He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorinza Alvarez and Annie Lee McDaniel Alvarez; his sister Lorraine Alvarez; and his brother-in-law Charles Jones. He is survived by: his son Thomas Alvarez of Starke, FL; his brother Lehman Alvarez; his sister-in-law Janice Alvarez of Raiford, FL; his sister Sandra Jones of Starke, FL; and his grandchildren, Memphis Alvarez and Jace Alvarez. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
