We are sad to announce that, on September 9, 2025, at the age of 73, Phillip Carlton of Starke, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Phillip may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phillip touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carlton and Lucille Carlton. He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Moore and Tina Lalla; his grandchildren, Devin Kelly, Grey Moore and Coral Lalla; and his siblings, Dexter Carlton, Rhonda Arroyave and Jaime Figarola. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
