He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlis Blair Whytsell and Philosea Genivee Coffman Whytsell; his brothers, Louie Frame and James Whytsell; and his siblings-in-law, Augustine Frame, Violet Whytsell, Jack Rose and Vaughn Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Whytsell of Starke, FL; his children, Heather James of Starke, FL and Matt Whytsell (Natalie) of Starke, FL; his sisters, Daphene Rose of Brooksville, FL, Darlene Davis of Atlanta, GA and Evelene Wallace (Dave); and his grandchildren, Molly, Emmy, Allie, Caden and Callen. He is also survived by extended family members and countless dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Starke Starke, FL (163 W Jefferson St, Starke, FL 32091). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Starke (163 W Jefferson St, Starke, FL 32091).
