She is survived by: her husband John Smith; her children, Sarah Crawford and Jonathan Smith; her son-in-law Kevin Crawford; her grandchildren, Hunter, Alexander, Heather and Courtney; and her great grandchild Carson.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Woman's Club of Starke (201 N Walnut St, Starke, FL 32091).
