He was predeceased by : his parents, James Henry "Russell" Cloud and Lalie Young (Welch); and his grandson Joshua Lyonnais of St. Cloud, Florida.. He is survived by : his son James Henry "Russell" Cloud; his wife Katie Cloud (Thomas) of Starke; his children, Casey Cloud of Starke, Rachael (Cloud) and Barnett (Donald Barnett) of St. Mary, Missouri.; and his siblings, Janice McGough of Cabot, Bruce Young (Toni Young) of Leesburg and Debbie Ladwig of Columbus, Georgia.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Viewing was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel (620 Nona St, Starke, FL 32091). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
