He is survived by: his wife Julie Carmichael; his children, Yvonne Morrow (Donnie), Gina Gray (Dave), Timmy Carmichael (Brenda), Larry Carmichael, Terry Ikner, Allen Markell (Rhonda) and Todd Markell; and his sister Becky Odom. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and other extended family.
