He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Zientarski and Anne Zientarski; his wife Mary Jane; and his brother Lawrence Zientarski (Mary Jane Alan). He is survived by: his children, Andrew "Andy" Alan (Dianna Alan), Sam, Trisha and Abby; his grandchildren, Emma, Jack and Alex; his sister Janie Ragen (Jerry Ragen); his sister-in-law Therese Zientarski (Patty Alan); and his grandsons, Nicolas and Christopher. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, and many friends.
