She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hoegsted and Betty Hoegsted; and her brother Bill. She is survived by: her husband Richard Kneer; her children, April Kneer Lyon (Timothy), Stefanie Kneer, Douglas Kneer (Erin), Heather Kneer Jolley (Darrel) and Tammy Kneer Minyard (Scott); and her pet Stormy. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
