She was predeceased by: her parents, John Corso and Rita Corso; her husband Donald Schmalholz; her siblings, Ritamary Corso and Martin Corso; and her grandson Nikita Sakarovskiy.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Schmalholz (Jill), Donald Schmalholz (Yulia) and Cheryl Vancura (Patrick); her grandchildren, Melissa Vancura Nagel, Scott Schmalholz and Evan Schmalholz; her great grandchildren, Caleb Chagnon, Claire Chagnon, Lucy Nagel and Kade Schmalholz; and her friend Frank Rizzo.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Christopher Catholic Church (12001 SE Federal Hwy, Hobe Sound, FL 33455).
