She was predeceased by: her sister JoAnn Black; and her parents, Sylvia Bierman and Marvin Bierman. She is survived by: her husband Jon Martin Isley; her daughters, Karen Loiterstein (Andrew) and Stefanie Isley (Ari Kagan); her grandchildren, Samuel, Abigail, Mara, Noam and Theo; and her brother Philip Bierman (Mary Wampler).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Temple Beit HaYam of Stuart, Florida or Hillel International.
