He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Giovanna. He is survived by: his daughter Marie Anne (Michael); his brother Joseph; his wife Theresa; his grandchildren, Christopher (Michelle), Tricia (Christopher) and Courtney (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Clare, Sadie, Danny, Fiona and Liliana.

“We are heartbroken to lose our friend Dan and our hearts are with Terry and family. Dan was a classic. He knew menus by heart and could talk to anyone about anything. The best thing about Dan is that I can't think of a single person who could honestly say they disliked him. Dan was a caring friend to all and was happy to be surrounded with friends. COTG will not be the same without him. Rest easy Dan, until we're all together again.”
