He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Rasmussen and Alma Rasmussen (Nielsen); his daughter Christine; and his sister Diane Andersen. He is survived by: his wife Caren Rasmussen (Brown); his son David Dean Rasmussen (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Hadassah, Joel, Elizabeth and Selah of Ohio; his daughter Claudia Jean Smith (Bo); his brother Charles; and his siblings-in-law, Claudia Siedlecki of Broad Brook and Emmert Andersen of Harlan. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels (61 S Rd, Enfield, CT 06082).
