She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew E. Kwortek Sr.; her siblings, Anthony J. Stock, Jr. of Merrittstown, PA and Shirley Ann Stock; and her parents, Anthony Stock and Emma Stock.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew E. Kwortek II (Irene) of Crawfordsville, IN and Toni Lynn Scholze (Bill) of Stuart, FL.; her great grandchildren, Andrew E. Kwortek III (Martha), Jonathan N. Kwortek, Chase W. Scholze and Maddux A. Krug; and her sister Norma Petro of Hobe Sound, FL.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
