She is survived by: her husband Gil; her children, Catherine Kopitnik, Nancy Smith (Jay) and Jeffrey (Lisa); her grandchildren, Max (Katrina), Kaia, Alexa Kopitnik, Emily Smith, Madelin and Ellie Gardner; her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Henry Kopitnik; her sister Jeanette Maddox of Charleston, WV; and her pet Max. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
