He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Evernham and Ellen; and his stepfather Donald Simpson. He is survived by : his brother Donald Simpson of Stuart, FL; his stepsister Joyce Simpson Glover of Pennsylvania; his niece Sheri Evernham of Yardville, NJ; and his nephews, Billy Evernham of Burlington County, NJ and Brian Evernham of Yardville, NJ.
