He is survived by: his wife Barbara Leedy Willard Bullis; his children, Kathy Reynolds (Steve Reynolds), Ken Bullis (Charlene Bullis) and Scott Bullis (Audrey Bullis); his stepdaughters, Diane Willard and Cindy Knight; and his sisters, Dorothy Gregory and Evelyn Bullis.
