He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Butts and Fern Butts. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Sutton Butts of Stuart; his daughter Jeanette McLaughlin of Stuart; and his granddaughters, Kristin McLaughlin of San Jose, CA, Stephanie McLaughlin of Halethorpe, MD and Shannon McLaughlin of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
