He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Kullen of Stuart, FL; his children, Karen Miller of Stuart and David Kullen of Myrtle Beach, SC; his granddaughter Jenna Miller of Stuart; and his sister-in-law Ann Byrum of Stuart.
