He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Valentin and Maria Santiago; and his son Javier Valentin. He is survived by: his wife Victoria; his children, Margarita (Arnic), Isaac, Mary Anne Valentin, Daniel Valentin, David Valentin, Jamie Valentin, Roberto (Velasquez), Sylvia, Julius Brown, Jessenia Fernandez, Jonathan Fernandez, Erika Valentin and Jose Antonio Valentin; Rodolfo Mendez. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, forty-seven great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
