He was predeceased by: his children, Elaine Kacmarcik Knight, Peter M. Kacmarcik and John P. Kacmarcik; his granddaughter Heather Ann Kacmarcik; his brother Michael J. Kacmarcik Jr.; and his parents, Michael J. Sr. Kacmarcik and Anna Susan Kacmarcik (Michna).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Kacmarcik (Norman); and his children, Joan M. Warner (Daniel) of Canoga Park, CA, Ann M. Kacmarcik-Budroe (Joseph) of Whitinsville, Joseph J. Kacmarcik Jr. of Dudley and David A. Kacmarcik (Laurie) of Nasonville, RI. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces.
