“I just learned that Kay made her transition when our Christmas card came back "return to sender." My fondest memory of Kay is she and Tom cutting a rug at my wedding at The Drake Hotel in Chicago in 1988. They were jitterbugging and having a great time! Tom's brother Jimmy (rest his soul) was the photographer and I have a picture of he and my mother (also a photographer; transitioned in 2014) lighting up cigars and looking very pleased with themselves. Love to the family from Michele Mathieu.”
