He is survived by: his daughter Jan White of Eldon, MO; and his siblings, Karen Waid of Greenville, PA, James Adzima of Greenville, PA, Philip Adzima (Joyce) of Greenville, PA and Jerry Adzima (Julie) of Chesterfield, MO. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grands, and many special friends.
