He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel N. Mathias and Stella Mathias; and his brother Phillip Mathias. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Mathias of Stuart, Florida; his children, Leigh M. Bienkowski (Brian P. Bienkowski) of West Melbourne, Florida and Robert R. Mathias (Dina Mathias) of Toms River; and his granddaughters, Grace C. Bienkowski and Ava C. Mathias.
