He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Bowers (Lisa) and Scott Bowers; his grandchildren, Amanda Bowers Sowell (Stephen), JB Bowers (Sarah), Steve Bowers, Joe Tarascio and Nicole Tarascio Perry (Josh); his siblings, Marie Chandler and John Bowers (Carol); and his sister-in-law Candy Trumbull. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1200 SE 10th St, Stuart, FL 34996).
