He is survived by: his former wife Cheryl Holtham; his children, Robert Doyer and Jennifer Williams; his grandchild Jobi Bieluch; his caregivers, Jacob Doyer, Hunter, Samantha Williams, Ryan and Kailey Doyer; his brother Gerald Havel (Jerry); his niece Amy Havel; his great-niece Zoe; his nephew Douglas Havel (Kimberly); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan and Tyler Havel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to Tidewell Hospice, 3550 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34239.
