She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Simalchik and Robert Simalchik; her husband Andy Owens; and her brother Thomas Simalchik. She is survived by: her brother Robert (Patricia); and her sibling's children, Katie, Ryan, Brian and Stephen Simalchik.
