He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jones and Muriel Novak Jones; and his stepfather Maurice Jaccoi. He is survived by: his wife Joy Jones; his children, Muriel Jones, Rachel Jones of Hawley, PA and Michael (Maria Jones); his siblings, Ronald Jones of Jensen Beach, FL, John Jones of Stuart, FL, Debra Mackerer, Jamie Jones, Sandra Bensen of Kissimmee, FL and Jill Bunt of Matthews, NC; and his grandchildren, Arianna, Alexa and Janessa.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the White, Venuto & Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service (188 N Plank Rd, Newburgh, NY 12550). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (3281 Rte 9W, New Windsor, NY 12553).
