“Phil was the best captain and a great friend. Always willing to jump in and lend a hand at the marina with the boat rentals, without even needing to be asked. There were many busy weekends where i'd go down to the dock expecting to find chaos, but instead i'd see phil with a smile on his face and kind calming words, cleaning boats and helping us out and always so willing and happy to share his expertise and teach others. He was one of a kind and will be sorely missed by us all!”
