She is survived by: her daughter Madeline Fernandez (Jeff Hill); her stepchildren, Leonard Jr. Minutillo (Sandy), Laura Wilkinson and Lisa Boutin; and her grandchildren, Alyssa Fernandez Davis (Joshua), Angela Minutillo, Laura Minutillo and Nick Boutin (Nina). She is also survived by family and many life-long friends.
