He was predeceased by: his former wife Becky Banks; his father Bob Banks (Ann); his daughter Natalie Jo Banks; and his brother Michael Banks. He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Brad Banks (Jenny) of Fishers, Indiana and Benji Banks (Megan) of Fishers, Indiana; his stepchildren, Holly Dowling, Brad Belcher (Gwen) and Brock Belcher (Jacky) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Olivia Bush, Savanna Dowling, Bridgett Belcher, Ty Dowling, Brooke Belcher, Trevor Banks, Noah Banks, Brady Banks, Sydney Banks and Riley Banks.
