She was predeceased by: her husband R. Edward James of Eufaula, AL. She is survived by: her sisters, Barbara Coppola and Carole King; her sisters-in-law, Sayoko Boole and Hazel James; her children, Alan James and Susan James Knoetgen (Pete); and her grandsons, Peter D. Knoetgen and Philip J. Knoetgen (Dorothy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
