It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia A. Black of Stuart, Florida, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Basil J. Black; and her siblings, Josephine, Victor, Tudy, Pete, Katie, Tony, Joe and Edith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Grace Dipper (George) of Elkton, MD and Vicki Neander (Jerry) of Chester, VA.; her grandsons, Danny Dipper, Aaron Wise (Sil) and Brandon Wise (Kailin); her great grandchildren, Justin, Emily, Brandon, Zachary and Madelyn Wise; and her great great grandchildren, James and Grayson Wise.
