She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Robert Polhamus; and her grandson Zac (June7). She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Bolinger; her son-in-law DJ Bolinger; her grandson Bo Bolinger; her granddaughter-in-law Kura Bolinger; and her great grandchild Ella.
