With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara S. Starkey of Summerfield, Florida, born in Centreville, Maryland, who passed away on April 21, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Stowman and Estella Stowman; and her siblings, Edward Earl, Virginia and Alta.

She is survived by: her husband Charles F. Starkey of Millington, MD.; her daughters, Tammy Wils (Doug), Tracy Tomasevich (David), Terry Ellis (Joe), Brenda Puharic (DJ) and Brigitte Reith (Chris); her grandchildren, Ashley, David, Tara, Jennifer, Brooke, Megan, Jacob, Joshua and Amanda; and her great grandchildren, Monica, Tucker, Hailey and Aria. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
