She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Jones and John Jones; her children, Joseph, Anthony, Harold and Debbie; her stepson Douglas Berry; her siblings, John Jones, Frank Jones, Harold Jones and Essie Malavacra; and her friend Geraldine Franklin.

She is survived by: her siblings, Tommy Jones, Joseph Jones and Dorothy Jones; her children, Esther Jones, Thomas Berry, Ida Berry Tannahill (Glenn), Michele Berry (Charles) and Desire Berry; and her stepdaughter Dorothy Colella. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to American Legion Auxiliary Unit 1309 in Taberg, New York, in honor of Evelyn.
