He was predeceased by: his brother Tim Noell; his brother-in-law Chuck Herkal; and his parents, Lavon Reed Noell and Douglas Noell. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughter Amanda George; his stepson Tanner Sizemore (Alicia); his granddaughters, Hadley and Henley Sizemore; his brother Mike Noell (Pam); his siblings-in-law, Judy Lynch and Steve Herkal (Pat); and his pet Elmo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
