He was predeceased by: his wife Concetta M. Felice Fantozzi; his parents, Eugenio Fantozzi and Anna Marie Stabile of Italy; and his siblings, Frederick Fantozzi, John Fantozzi, Nicholas Fantozzi, Antionette Bonura, Rose DePalma, Lena Cummings and Doris Rita Leo.
He is survived by: his children, Gene Fantozzi (Sharon) of Merrimack, NH, Richard Fantozzi of North Billerica, MA, Charles Fantozzi (Sandra Lynn) of Bourn, MA and Joanne Fantozzi McMahon of Summerfield, FL; and his brother Michael Fantozzi of North Chelmsford. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
