He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Wingard and Jack Wingard; and his brother David Wingard. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Cook of Summerfield, FL and Janet Cornett of Republic, MO; and his siblings, Wendell Wingard of Lagrange, GA, Sue Fisk of Houston, TX, Margie Sheffield of Tampa, FL and Renee Combs of Sissonville, WV. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
