He is survived by: his grandchildren, Levi (Brooke), Blake (Laci), Kelsi, Jenna, Wade, Oden and Asher; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Lane, Paisley and Liam; his father Jack Allen of California; and his brother Keith Allen of St. Catherine, FL..
