She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Stachelek (Gary), Brian Shaw (Rebecca) and Jennifer Galarza (Anthony); and her siblings, Catherine Spevak, Theresa Kozeniewski (Stephen), Gerard Spevak (Angela) and Paula Kerestus (Jay). She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
