She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Patrick, Sr. and Bertha Emaline Patrick of Crabtree, PA; her brother John C. Patrick, Jr. of Derry, PA; and her husband Lawrence R. Munz of Oxford, FL.. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Patrick Gallagher (Christine) of Greensburg, PA, James Gallagher of Pittsburgh, PA, Erin Munz of Oxford, FL, Amy Barco of Wildwood, FL, Steve Munz (Debbie) of Oxford, Brian Munz (Tina) of Oxford, Diana Wilson (Mike) of Vernon, NY, Larry Munz (Beverly) of Vernon, Kim Marshall (Rob) of Munnsville, NY and Lori Munz Barone of Sherrill, NY; and her sisters, Helen Osikowicz (Frank) of Greensburg, PA and Nerian Taylor (Don) of Crabtree, PA. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
