He was predeceased by: his parents, Amy M. Katz and Max L. Katz; his former wife Hannelore; and his siblings, Barbara, Charles, Randal and Duane.
He is survived by: his wife Christine; his daughter Monica Lee Nelson (David); his grandchildren, Ashley Kautz (Mathew) and Kelly Cochran (Taylor); his great grandchildren, Felix Kautz and Mila Cochran; his stepson Michael Oliver (Jackie); and his granddaughters, Kierston and Jessica.
