He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Moore and Wilma Moore of Harrisburg, IL.; and his siblings, Wayne and LaVerne Aluzas of Harrisburg, IL.. He is survived by: his son Theodore Rex (Kelly); his wife Shirley Arcuri of Tampa, FL.; his grandchildren, Luke, Rory and Jonah; and his sister Beverly Pyke (John).
