He is survived by: his wife Nicky; his sons, Rick Siegman, Ron Siegman and John Siegman of Morrow County, OH; his stepson David Chestnut (Melody) of Land; his sister Barbara Geiszler of Medford, OR; his nephew Keith Geiszler (Nikki) of West Richland, WA; his great-nephew Jordan Geiszler of West Richland, WA; and his niece Julie R. Herr of Medford, OR..
