He was predeceased by: his parents, JD Evans and Elizabeth Evans; and his niece Ashley Denise Evans. He is survived by: his wife Gwenn A. Evans of McAlpin, FL; his son Dale Evans (Nicole) of McAlpin; and his siblings, Jean Rehkop of Live Oak, Richard Evans (Pat) of Live Oak, Donald Evans of Live Oak and Mitchell Evans (Pam) of Live Oak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Operation Christmas Child or the Building Fund at Philadelphia Baptist Church.
