She is survived by: her daughters, Julianne K. Fountain (Marvin Folsom) of Tallahassee, FL, Pamela Heiker (Jerome) of St. Cloud, FL and Melissa Hershey (Mark) of Tollesboro, KY; and her brothers, William Skaggs (Rosemary) of Portsmouth and Leslie Skaggs (Pat) of Minford.
