She is survived by: her children, Josephus Gardner Jr. and Patrick B. Gardner; her sisters, Acquilina Jones of Tallahassee, Florida., Jessie Lee Harris of Tallahassee, Florida. and Cynthia Gail Harris of Tallahassee, Florida.; and her grandchildren, Mario Gardner Kiwanda Freeman (Cameka), Toni LaCount (Alonzo), Brandy Freeman (George), Calvin Whitmore IV (Rachel), Jamie Carter (Renald), Michael Gardner (Nicole), Roosevelt Carney Jr. (Jahlia) and Johnathan Ford (Leslie). She is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren, eighteen great-great-grandchildren, as well as a host of loving nieces and nephews.
