He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Williams Jr. and Deloris Williams Brown; and his grandparents, Benjamin Williams Sr., Annie Bell Williams, Rounder Williams and Mary Ella Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. Williams; his daughters, Brianna C. Williams and Krischan C. Williams; and his siblings, Damion Williams and Valerie Johnson (Arthur). He is also survived by three nephews; four nieces; and a host of other loving relatives and dear friends.
