She was predeceased by: her husband John Leon Baker; her sister Francis Poka; and her parents, William McBrayer and Ruth McBrayer. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Baker (Patsy), Bubba Baker (Sheila), Johnny Baker (Michelle) and Tammy Barnes (Brian). She is also survived by her children, she was blessed with 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bible Believers Fellowship (6341 Blountstown Hwy, Tallahassee, FL 32310).
