She was predeceased by: her parents, Elie M. Carter and Beatrice Revell Carter; her husband Jack Keith Boykin; her son Bradley Mark Boykin; and her brother Myers Carter.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Boykin and Randy Boykin (Charlotte); and her grandchildren, Ryan Boykin, Bryan Boykin, Richard Boykin, Brandi Steele, Brittany Boykin, Shelby Boykin and Jamie Klekamp. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
